Thank you for your booking!

We require a $50 deposit to hold your date and to formally book your painting party. After submitting your deposit we will follow up with an email confirmation of your paint party booking.

Please note, your requested booking date is not guaranteed until the studio’s
availability has been confirmed. A studio representative will contact you within the next 24 hours.

    Our kids' parties can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays. However we do have booking spots during other weekdays upon request. Please contact us for alternative times & dates.
    For groups of 15+ painters, we require that your party be extended to 2 hrs. The cost is $40+HST per 30 minutes.
  • In booking a party at the studio, I acknowledge that I will pay for the minimum number of required painters even if the final attendance on the day of the event falls below the required minimum number of 10 painters for kids parties.

    The number of attendees can be changed up to 24 hours before the event. Birthday party bookings are made by paying a $50 (non-refundable) deposit towards your party. The balance is payable on the date of your party. An adult must be present for the duration of the event, please do not leave minors unattended in the studio. I acknowledge that I have no more than 20 minutes prior to my allotted booking time to set up for my event unless an exception in writing has been made and agreed upon with Fresh Paint Studio + Café (Please see FAQ for guidelines).

    We just ask that nothing be stuck to the drywall walls. Helium balloons are fine or table decorations. Please refrain from bringing in decorations that cause excessive mess or may be dangerous (i.e., piñatas, confetti poppers, etc).I understand that I am liable to pay a Late Start Fee of $40+HST if my event starts 15 minutes past the agreed upon start time and each subsequent 15 minute delay will result in an additional $20+HST charge. If applicable, I agree to pay an Outside Food and Clean Up Fee of $40+HST if I bring in food for my event.

    Please note, with parties of 10+ we require that an art assistant help with the party to better manage the flow and organization of the party. If your party will have 15+ painters you will require two art assistants or more to better manage the flow of the party. The cost of additional staff is $40+HST for the party.

    To provide sufficient time for preparation for your party we ask that you confirm your final number of attendees no later than 7 days before your party. We also ask that a list of the confirmed names be forwarded at this time so that we can make name tags in advance of the party. Fresh Paint Studio + Cafe is committed to providing an exemplary service experience.

    However, occasionally, events occur that are outside of our control which may impact your event experience. I confirm that Fresh Paint Studio + Cafe will not be held liable or responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may negatively impact my event. I understand that staff is not permitted to fundamentally alter the space in any way including, but not limited to, removing artwork from the walls, moving large furniture such as couches, large standing easels, etc., for my event.

    However, additional folding tables and chairs that have not been set up for my party, can be shifted in moderation, after consideration with staff in order to accommodate my event. I acknowledge that the Fresh Paint Studio + Café employees are professionals and should be treated with respect all the time.
