Paint Your Pet – Pop Art Workshop – Virtual

Join us for a fun and creative paint your pet pop art workshop! You will learn how to paint a creative pop art style pet portrait.

Before class  you will send us a clear photo of your pet and we will transform it into a line drawing that you can trace onto your canvas.

From there,  you’ll use your sketch and some professional guidance to bring your pet portrait to life in a vibrant & colorful pop art style!

Date: Friday April 22

Time: 6:30 – 8:30 pm

During this workshop, you will learn, basic colour theory, techniques using acrylic paints to creating depth + vibrancy as you develop the layers of your painting.

From there you’ll be free to add special details to make this work of art uniquely yours!

Cost: $20+HST (instruction only)

In this paint night, we will use acrylic paints on canvas to create our paintings.

You will need:

• An 11×14 canvas
• A paint palette
• Assorted brushes
• Assorted acrylic paints (black, white, blue)
• Sponges
• A water container
• Paper towel
• A disposable smock
• A copy of the feature image

If you are in need of supplies, we offer a convenient painting kit which is available.

Cost for instruction + painting kit: $37+HST.

Deadline for kit orders for delivery is April 18. Kits can be ordered until April 20 for pickup from our studio.
