Beginners Acrylic Painting Virtual Course

This four week virtual course is for the novice acrylic painter and will introduce students to the unique ‘forgiving’ qualities of acrylic paint. This course will allow participants to experiment with a variety of techniques.

Start at the very beginning and learn about choosing paints and painting surfaces and how to make the most of your paint and brushes as you work. Basic colour theory and colour mixing will be explored as well as textures and techniques.

Course begins on July 2 and runs for four weeks – July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23

Cost: $80+HST for 4 classes (not  including materials)

Cost: $120+HST for 4 classes (including your acrylic painting kit for the course). The last day to request kits  for the GTA is  June 25.

Last day for shipping kits outside of the GTA is June 20. Please note, shipping charges will apply outside of the GTA.

Your Acrylic Painting Kit includes:

• A sketching pencil
• Cut sponges
• A palette
• A ruler
• 1 eraser
• Acrylic canvas paper pad
• 11×14 canvas
• 6 small bottles of paint
• Assorted paint brushes (small, medium & large)
• Paper towel
• A water cup
• A disposable smock
• 11×14 masonite board
• Masking Tape
