Abstract Resin Painting Workshop

Have you ever wanted to make your own masterpiece in resin and weren’t sure where to start? We’ll guide you through the process of resin painting in this hands-on beginners Resin Art Workshop. In this workshop, you will design and create a resin painting on 12×16 birch wood panel and you will also start off with a 5×7 practice canvas.

In this workshop, resin will be provided along with an abundance of mica pigments and dyes in order to create a unique piece of art.

In this workshop, our instructor will demonstrate unique pattern techniques, as well as mixing pigments, dyes and other tactile materials such as glitter into the resin.

This class is designed for beginners. Students who have done resin art before may find they need less time to complete their artwork.

Resin art takes at minimum of 48 hours to fully cure. If you would like to take your piece home wet, we can provide a tray for you to do so.

Please note: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the workshop. We do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as we will be using resin epoxy.

Please note: resin epoxy may emit vapors that might not be compatible with those with sensitivities to strong smells.

All materials and smocks will be provided.
