Payment & Enrolment Deposit

ENROLMENT DEPOSIT DETAILS

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child's space:

  • One Term: $100
  • Both Terms: $200

The deposit is applied toward tuition and is not an additional fee.

Sibling Registration
Families registering for more than one child receive 10% off the lower-priced sibling's tuition. Discounts cannot be combined.

Essential Program Policies

Please review and acknowledge the following:

  • Registration is for the complete selected term. An installment plan does not create a month-to-month membership.
  • The enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
  • Withdrawal requires at least 30 days' written notice.
  • Refunds and credits are not provided for classes missed because of illness, vacations, appointments or scheduling conflicts.
  • Make-up classes may be offered when space and staffing permit but are not guaranteed.
  • If Fresh Paint Studio cancels a class and cannot provide a replacement date, an appropriate credit will be issued.
  • Each weekday requires a minimum of four registered children. If a selected day does not proceed, families may transfer to another available day or receive a refund.
  • Children must be picked up by 6pm. A late fee of $15 per each 10 minutes may apply after the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Children are expected to follow studio safety instructions and treat other participants, staff and materials respectfully.
